Our Services
WestStar Telehealth Network connects patients with structured, evidence-based outpatient behavioral health and substance use programs — delivered entirely via telehealth. WestStar is private pay. We provide a superbill on request, which you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. In-network agreements with major carriers are planned but not yet in place.
-
A structured program supervised by our licensed clinical team, providing approximately 7.75 hours of therapeutic services per week. Includes group therapy, individual counseling, physician-led medication management, and psychoeducation — all delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
-

-
Facilitated group sessions four times weekly covering addiction education, relapse prevention, and peer support. A core component of our outpatient curriculum — conducted entirely via telehealth.
-
A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation conducted by a licensed clinician at intake. Used to establish medical necessity, inform the treatment plan, and ensure each patient receives the appropriate level of care.
-
Monthly oversight by our Medical Director ensuring medications are appropriately prescribed, monitored, and adjusted as needed to support each patient's recovery and mental health goals.
-
Weekly testing through our contracted clinical laboratory, collected by observed oral fluid swab during a scheduled telehealth session. Every result is reviewed and interpreted by a clinician and documented in your record.
Testing informs your treatment rather than policing it. A positive result prompts a clinical conversation, not a penalty.
